Ghanaian musician Patapaa was involved in a heated confrontation with hotel staff after allegedly being treated disrespectfully by a receptionist at a hotel.
The incident, which has since gone viral on social media, was captured in a video showing the "One Corner" hitmaker engaged in a verbal exchange with a staff member over what he described as poor treatment.
According to reports, Patapaa became upset after an encounter with a receptionist, whom he accused of showing him disrespect.
In the video, the musician expressed his disappointment and indicated that he would no longer patronise the hotel because of the incident.
“I will not sleep here. The people who work in this hotel are disrespectful. Even if someone comes to your hotel and is mentally disturbed but can afford to pay for a room, you should still welcome the person,” he said.
The video has since generated mixed reactions on social media, with some users supporting the musician's concerns about customer service, while others questioned the circumstances that led to the confrontation.
