Popular Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo has reportedly passed away, according to an announcement made by her husband, Choirmaster, on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
The musician, known privately as Eugene Baah, shared the heartbreaking news on social media, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of his wife. In an emotional tribute, he described Beverly as the source of his strength, joy, and completeness.
“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo. You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. Every moment with you was a blessing I will cherish forever,” he wrote.
Choirmaster revealed that Beverly’s passing comes only a few days before her birthday, making the tragedy even more painful for the family.
“It would have been just like four more days to your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you,” he added.
He further pledged to continue the dreams and projects they had started together, assuring that her memory would forever remain in his heart.
“I promise to take care and continue everything we planned and started. Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever,” he stated.
Paying tribute to his late wife, Choirmaster described her as a legend and referred to the day as one of the darkest moments of his life.
