Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has opened up about her preferences in relationships, stating that she does not date “broke” men and prefers either wealthy or financially stable partners.
Speaking in an interview on Angel FM Kumasi 96.1, the “Asuoden” and “Jeje” hitmaker revealed that despite her popularity in the entertainment industry, no rich man has ever approached her for a romantic relationship.
According to her, most of the men she has dated in the past have been ordinary or financially average individuals, although she made it clear that she does not consider herself attracted to men who are broke.
“No rich man has ever proposed love to me. Most of the guys I’ve dated are regular guys, but I don’t like ‘broke-broke’ guys,” she said.
Her comments have since sparked discussions among fans and social media users about relationship expectations and financial preferences in modern dating.
Sista Afia, known for several hit songs in Ghana’s music industry, continues to remain active in both music and public conversations surrounding relationships and lifestyle.
