Nigerian actress and media personality Bisola Aiyeola has attributed the popularity of Nigerian men among women from other countries to their ambition, generosity and ability to win women over with romantic gestures and words.
Speaking on IMO Podcast EP226, titled “Why Do All Women Love Nigerian Men!?”, Bisola said many Nigerian men enjoy taking care of their partners and giving them the things they desire.
“The average Nigerian man wants to take care of his woman, spoil her, give her everything that she wants,” she said, suggesting that this attitude contributes to their appeal among foreign women.
Bisola also referenced a viral clip of Kenyan President William Ruto discussing his daughter’s marriage to a Nigerian man, in which he reportedly urged Kenyan men to improve their approach to relationships.
She further claimed that Nigerian men have attracted the interest of Ugandan women, citing their confidence and persuasive approach to romantic conversations.
“When a Nigerian man wants to toast you, ah, but he go enter you. They know what to say, they know what to do,” she said, describing how Nigerian men can impress women when expressing romantic interest.
To illustrate her point, the actress recalled a romantic line she had come across: “Since you came into my life, my sunshine, the sun has never set.”
Bisola laughed as she admitted that she had memorised the line and was waiting for the right opportunity to use it.
Her comments have highlighted what she sees as some of the qualities that make Nigerian men stand out in relationships, particularly their generosity, confidence and flair for romantic expression.
